Our Philosophy

As a church based biblical ministry our aim is to demonstrate the love and compassion of Christ.

We believe that each person is a unique individual created by God and having inestimable worth with an inherent right to be treated with courtesy, consideration and respect, regardless of their ethnic or religious background.

We believe that as care providers we are responsible for providing care that promotes the physical, social, emotional and spiritual well being of every individual in our care.

We believe care is best delivered in a safe and secure environment where each individual’s care preferences are respected and as much as possible met.

We believe in welcoming relatives, friends and volunteers to partner with us in the delivery of care and we will work hard to ensure individuals retain strong links to their community.

We believe the best care is delivered by an appropriately skilled and qualified staff.

We embrace the principles of continuous improvement and are committed to the adoption of evidence based, contemporary care delivery practices.
