Drawing on her considerable experience working in Retirement Living Villages across NSW and her 30 years in education and marketing, Jill Fellowes will present a concise talk ‘Demystifying Retirement Living’. Jill’s presentation will cover Retirement Living contracts, the reasons that people choose to enter a retirement village and an explanation of costs and other important details.
As a licensed Real Estate professional with numerous awards to her name, Karen Mattingley can also claim to have considerable specialist knowledge of Retirement Living with a good understanding of the needs and desires of those considering downsizing to retirement living. Karen will provide further information on the benefits of retirement living and be on hand to assist you to have a better understanding of Retirement Living options.
The presentation will start at 10:30am and will be followed by a complimentary high tea and tour of two brand new villas. The villas are stylish and spacious with internal garage access and private outdoor space. The villas are available now for $620,000*.

Living Care’s 2017 Excellence In Service Awards were held on Friday 17th November at the Waterview in Bicentennial Park. Guests enjoyed a delicious three-course meal, and volunteers and employees were recognised for their outstanding contribution to Living Care.
Living Care Clelland Lodge Men’s Shed has built an Ice Cream Cart to be used on those hot summer days when only an ice cream can cool you down.
Living Care hosted its first ‘Repair Cafe’ at Clelland Lodge in Nowra on Wednesday 20th September, to help people with small repairs.
Every year, the Melbourne Cup tours the country before the big race in November, and the people who live at Living Care Clelland Lodge were lucky enough receive a visit and have the chance to hold the $200,000 prize!
