Coffs Haven Aged Care Facility provides Ageing in Place for 60 residents and offers low level care, high level care and dementia specific accommodation. The facility is located in North Boambee Valley and was officially opened in May 2002.

The design incorporates 3 distinctively separate households, including the 10 bed secure dementia specific home. Residents can choose from single rooms or couples accommodation.

The facility has a panoramic view of Coffs Harbour to the east and picturesque mountain views to the west. The facility also has a secure garden and gazebo area and onsite pets. Rehabilitation physiotherapy services are also available.

Coffs Haven Aged Care Facility has been accredited by the Commonwealth Aged Care Standards Agency. Management is in accordance with State and Federal Governments legislations and regulations and the facility is subject to inspections by their relevant departments.
