Green Hills Nursing Home, a 60 bed high level Aged Care Facility, is situated in Martin Close, East Maitland.

The facility is located on the same site as Green Hills Retirement Village in a peaceful native bush land setting. The facility also has a secure garden and gazebo area for residents, as well as onsite pets. Residents are able to choose from single rooms or couples accommodation.
