The weekly levy at Henley Brae is $98.65. This covers council, water and land rates, insurance of your villa, maintenance of grounds, use of all village amenities, response to emergency calls, management services and access to the Village’s community centre, The Pavillion. The Pavillion includes an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, cinema room, kitchen, library and nurse/doctors room.
